		<description>Hi Sanam, Great overview of CMS's. I like how you've covered both the technical and practical sides of a CMS.
To expand on your point about CMS availbility, different CMS's are made for different reasons. Wordress is made for blogging, cubecart is made for shopping carts, and I am currently devloping a CMS called Devcelerator that is made to increase the speed with which a developer can make a website while also adding value to the end user.</description>
